Refund & Returns Policy
At made with love, we understand that memorial jewellery is more than just an accessory - it is a sacred keepsake. Because each piece is bespoke and custom-made to your exact specifications, incorporating your loved one's unique ashes and hair, our policy reflects the highly personal nature of our work
Bespoke & Non - Refundable
Every item we create is handcrafted specifically for you. Due to the intimate and permanent nature of infusing personal elements into the resin and precious metals ( including braided bracelets ), We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once production has begun. These one-of-a-kind creations are tailored to your unique requirements and cannot be resold or repurposed.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Your satisfaction and the safety of your memorial are out highest priorities. We take immense pride in our craftsmanship and ensure every piece is packaged with the utmost care. However, in unlikely event that jewellery arrives damaged, please contact us with 48 hours of delivery.
To resolve the issue, we require:
* A brief description of the damaged
* Photographic evidence of the item and the packaging
Once verified, we will work closely with you to arrange a priority repair or a replacement to ensure your tribute is perfect
Gold Commissions & Deposits
Please note for all Gold-Jewellery pieces, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of ordering. This covers the initial cost of precious materials and the dedicated design time required for your high-end heirloom.
Cancellations
If you wish ti cancel an order, please notify us immediately. If we have not yet received your elements (ashes/hair) or commenced the hand-casting process, a partial refund may be possible. Once the artisan process has started, the order is considered final.
